Payment & Appointment Policy

At NVZN Mind + Body, we offer both cash-pay appointments and insurance-based visits through our partner platform, Headway.

Cash-Pay Appointments

Initial Consultation / Psychiatric Evaluation: $250
Follow-Up Appointments: $150

Payment is due at the time of service. A valid card on file is required for all appointments.

If NVZN Mind + Body is out-of-network with your insurance plan, we can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that coverage and reimbursement amounts are determined by your individual plan, and submitting a Superbill does not guarantee payment.

Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or missed appointments will incur a $100 fee.

Insurance Appointments

We also accept several insurance plans through our partnership with Headway.
